Orders made by phone, fax, email or online sheet are valid and legally binding. There is a 14-day right of withdrawal or return (in written form only).
If ordering from any EU-Country please indicate your VAT number in your order so that you will not have to pay German Tax.
If ordering by fax/email please send us the following information: (1) Your full name, email and telphone number
(2) Complete invoice address
(3) Complete delivery address
(4) Type of Chip and memory capacity
(5) Print layout (if you like to have printed cards) per email
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER After the reception of your order we will send you an email with the invoice and payment details.
PAYMENT prepayment by bank transfer: You will receive your registration key as soon as we receive
a payment document (confirmation document from your bank or from your online banking)
from you by fax or email.
Cash on delivery: You will receive your registration key by mail and pay cash on delivery
(only available for Germany and Austria).
Credit Card Payment: You will receive your registration key upon returnal of the credit card
payment formular which will be sent to you with the invoice and payment details by email.
